Colorado Coach Credential Scholarship Spring 2026 Data Snapshot

We’re proud to have supported 19 early childhood professionals on their journey to becoming credentialed coaches through the Coach Credential Scholarship this past spring. This cohort reflects growing statewide commitment to strengthening coaching capacity and supporting the early childhood workforce.

Recipients participated across three approved coaching pathways, with 42.1% enrolled in coaching courses through the University of Colorado Denver, 31.6% through the Colorado Community College System (CCCS), and 26.3% through Horizons in Learning. Recipients participating at a CCCS institution attended either Northeastern Junior College (2) or Pikes Peak State College (4).

Participants represent a range of roles across the early childhood system, including educators (6), administrators (5), coaches (4), early childhood special educators (2), and professionals in specialized roles such as infant nursery supervision and licensing. Geographically, recipients span communities across Colorado, including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Chaffee, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Garfield, Jefferson, Logan, Phillips, and Montezuma counties.
